Fede Álvarez

Federico Javier Álvarez Mattos (Spanish: [ˈfeðe]; born February 9, 1978) is an Uruguayan filmmaker based in the United States. He is best known for directing the horror films Evil Dead (2013), Don't Breathe (2016), and Alien: Romulus (2024).
